At Midwest Pain Relief Center we want to ensure that your first visit is as relaxing as it is informative. We will answer all your questions, everything from treatment options to payment options. Our main goal is to make sure you leave with all the information you need to make a good decision about the future of your health.
We are different from many other offices. A typical first visit may start out the same as others, but you’ll quickly see how we are different. When you arrive you will be greeted by our front desk person. She will help you settle in. If there is paperwork for you to fill out she’ll get you set up and be available to help if you get stuck. Once your paperwork is completed, you’ll have an in-depth conversation that focuses solely on you and what’s going on. This conversation is documented and led by our Case Manager. Once you’ve had a chance to tell your story, you’ll be escorted to our exam room. Your complete exam, possibly including digital x-rays, will be conducted by our Nurse Practitioner. Once your exam is complete our whole team will meet to lay out a plan for how we can help you. We understand how the body works and how pain can affect your everyday activities. We use this knowledge and the speciality of each of our practitioners to provide the best possible solution for your pain.
After our team has a game plan, we’ll present that to you and you can decide which treatment option best fits your budget, lifestyle and health goals.
The magical thing about Midwest Pain Relief is that we have so many therapy options under one roof. Having options gives us the ability to specifically tailor each patient’s care plan according to his or her condition. No two treatment plans are alike, we are not a cookie-cutter medical clinic.
